Dock items are not getting visible after deployed via Intune

I'm deploying apps in dock in macOS via configuration profile. However, Intune showing as a successful, but the apps are not getting appear on the dock. As soon as dock profile pushed, default get changed to below,

I too am struggling getting this to work even after reviewing the plist files and comparing the line items. There's clearly some special formatting that's needed but I cannot for the life of me figure it out.
