Disable Windows 10 notifications

Is there a configuration to use Intune to disable all Windows 10 toast notifications or any pop up notifications that may caused by any installed apps? A setting that will kill all notifications for all!

Apply this with powershell script? (as sad as it is, modern web management but running scripts like in 90's)

Btw, can this disable any other installed third party apps? or not possible

Like those annoying Dell SOE software that tells you there is an update available for your system:)
