Device Filter on User assignment does not evaluate

Hi all

We have a Dynamic Entra ID User Group with all users which have a E3 license assigned. 

Now I want to deploy the M365 Apps to all users, which have a Windows 11 device. 
So I created a device filter, which itself is working and only shows W11 devices in the preview.

When using this filter as include on the above mentioned dynamic user group, it won't evaluate at all. 
There is also no filter evaluation on the devices which should be targeted by this filter.

Anyone got a clue?

Also, I tried to exclude a Windows 11 and below device filter, also without success

Hi just to make it clear to everybody can you share your filter (I know it works in preview and is probably correct) we can evaluate the problem more efficiently. Do you use multiple filters on the devices, if so can you explain what filters are in place..
