Had a DEP device just suddenly wipe itself and need to find out why.
Checked the Audit Logs but nothing obvious.
Any ideas what would cause this and where else to see this device action?
We had the same yesterday.
One iPhone got "wiped" ?
When i look in Intune i've seen the following:
- the "old" device entry with name "iPhone <Username>
- a new device entry with device name "iPhone" enrolled the evening before
- both same hardware / serial number
- both enrolled by the same user
- when i clicked on the "old" device Intune says: "Not Found"
- after a few minutes the old device was no longer displayed
