Default email app is suggested after KLMS agent approval

Silver Contributor

We are using Office 365 default free MDM option included with E3 plan. I have created a very simple policy, only password and encryption is required with default settings. I have also enabled managed profile.

When i enroll a Samsung A510 phone it asks to accept Knox (KLMS Agent) agreement. I can't move forward without accepting it. When i do, it starts throwing a suggestion to add email account to Samsung's default email app. We prefer to use Outlook, but this notification keeps popping. Is there any way to make it go away? I have tried to clear its defaults and probably will try disabling notifications for Email app, but not sure if this will work.

It seems it was enough to disable notifications for the built-in Email app to get rid of this notification.
