Create an Intune public folder to synchronise the Global Address List of my organisation in phones

Hello everybody, 

I want to use Intune to create a public folder that contains all of my organization's Global Address List (GAL) contacts.

In fact, this would make it possible to be able to automatically synchronize the contacts of the GAL in the local contacts of the smartphone, and thus to see the name of the contact displayed when receiving an incoming call, which is not possible with standard ActiveSync.

Is it possible to do this? If so, do you have a way forward ?

There is no possibility. I would also advise against using public folders.

What I do mostly:
- Let users add their contacts from the GAL to their contacts
- Enable contact sync in Outlook (which can be done through Intune)
