Hi,

 

Have new Lenovo notebooks and trying to get staff accounts to sign in but keep getting the following message:

 

"Something went wrong.

 

This feature is not supported. Contact your system administrator with the error code 80180014."

 

Looking for a solution. Thanks.

Hi Luke,

Do you have Intune license or E5 Mobility and Security assigned to the user trying to register the device?

Also check if you have restriction policy that could blocking the device from registration.
