Azure dynamic device group based on owner properties

Is it possible to create a dynamic device group based on something like the department or last sign in date of its owner/primary user?

Based on Department, yes for users (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/enterprise-users/groups-dynamic-membership#...), but devices don't have a department, and you could try GroupTags. Sign-in date Primary User is something for PowerAutomate or something, I think...

It's not an existing field if you check the link above, you could use power automate or scripting to create and maintain a non-dynamic group
