Autopilot Gerät „setzt sich zurück“

Copper Contributor

Hallo zusammen,

Hybrid joined or AzureAD?

Hi, and thanks for your reply!

It´s AzureAD joined only.

Seems almost like a profile management thing, no events in the eventlog telling you that you're logged on with a temporary profile or something?
Do you have an update for us? Nothing in the eventlogs regarding this?

Sorry, didn´t get the chance to check on that until now.

Where exactly can I check the event logs?

I think it should be in the System or application log, something with the UserProfile service I guess?

Alright, checked that. Nothing in the application logs, UserProfile logs just say "Updated User" like 8 times in a row and then "Added Windows Hello for Business Credentials" (i guess that´s the last step of adding a "new" User to Windows)...

Hi @Harm_Veenstra, the problem presists until now and we were not able to find any solution. Got more ideas by any chance?
You don't have a Configuration Profile that cleans-up profiles after x days? Or at log off?
We don´t.
There is a case open at Microsoft right now, but they can´t seem to figure out the issue themselves. Just pushing the ticket through different departements who all try their hardest to see the responsibility somwhere else.
Hope they will find the solution if they do... Please share :)
Will do! :)
