Assigned apps but not rolled out yet

Hi all,

Why would the status be NOT APPLIED YET? I have logged into the device I have assigned these apps too but nothing and no indication they are installing. Any ideas?

@AB21805is your app assignment base on the users or on the devices? is it set to all users and devices or specific...

since these above 4 different use case has different usages and function...
