Apps or Updates on low bandwidth

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to find a way to give access to apps and windows updates only when the computer is in a specific IP range.

We have several locations and some of them have a really bad connection/bandwidth.

The idea was somehow to create device collections based on IP addresses.

I know that Conditional access can use the IP addresses ranges, also WIP policies but I don't find a way to create device groups.

Anyone using Intune with bandwidth limitation (really hard limitation like 2MB).

I would not use CA here.

Look into delivery optimization and connected cache:

This will make sure apps will use local content instead of downloading from internet
