Approved Apps Conditional Access

Copper Contributor

Can I exclude IOS native mail app from CA so I can allow users to use it? I’m trying to exclude it but the logs showed it was blocked by CA.

Thanks

It’s not possible to exclude it, because the mail native app is not part of the approved client apps. You need to push the users to use Outlook App. The mail app is showing in your tenant because it was used by the users before like any other registered app ‘Acrobat for example’.

Here is the list of Approved Apps!
