I have created a device administrative templates configuration profile. I wanted to check if a specific setting is applied correctly. For some reason, when clicking properties in the profile, the page shows three dots fading in and out without giving results.
I have another administrative templates profile for users and when I open that it is loading perfectly
I don't want to create a new profile because it had a lot of settings configured.
Anyone has any idea what I can do? I opened a ticket two days ago in office 365 service request and asked to contact me by mail but no agent was assigned to my case up until now.
After creating a ticket with Microsoft, I had to recreate the admin template. The technician I talked to told me that because of changes done to the admx behind the scene, an issue such as mine, although rare, could occur.
