This is all really wonderful and sounds great. My biggest dilemma is this: how do companies who work in highly specialized industries and have specialized tools to manage their customer and communications integrate with these tools? I work at an insurance agency, and we use a customer management system that is specifically built for the insurance industry. I'm having a hard time seeing how that tool could talk to all these Microsoft products to make our team more efficient. Does anyone have a suggestion for a place to start?
