Graph API : Conflict in the API Response for the createdDateTime and recordedDateTime

Hi all,
We are using the Graph API for listing the OneDrive items shared with the user. In the API response, we are getting the 'recordedDateTime' as UTC time but the 'createdDateTime' is not coming as the UTC time.
Is this the expected behavior ?
