Creating a SharePoint Site using MS Graph & powershell (Not using the API)

Hi Everyone,

Can somebody assist or advise please if it is possible to create a SharePoint site using just Powershell MS Graph and not using the API.
All we can find so far is stuff using the API.

We have managed to create Teams sites okay without using API's but cannot find any documentation for just using PowerShell/MS_Graph.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
