ZIP Code

Hi,

I prepare a survay for our clients and I need them to answear headquarters zip code.

Can I set a format for this text-answer as ’00-000’ (only numbers)? How can I do it?

@Edyta0210 no, there's no regex in standard Forms so this can't be done.
