You need co-authoring permissions for this form and the folder that contains the Excel workbook

Hi all,

I was given sharing access to MS Forms but when i tried to click Responses tab and Open in Excel, it gives error "You need co-authoring permissions for this form and the folder that contains the Excel workbook"

Does it means the owner need to give me access to his One Drive folder? What is the Forms One Drive folder name?
