Won't download excel file from MS Forms because of maximal question number

I am not able to download any of the excel files from my four surveys as it says "Sorry, try again later". When I want to view the results, the error 

pops up. I admit that I am at the limit of questions in all four surveys since I can not add any new one but thought I should still be able to download it when I reach maximum number of questions because I am not beyond it, right? Would be cool if there was any way to solve that.
