Where does Forms store the Question stems? (NOT the user responses)

I want to be able to automate creation of quizzes, or at least populate questions and response choices from an external source.  I need to know where these values are stored.

@bitsnpces while some sort of pre-population of questions is possible with customervoice (Forms Pro), it isn't possible with standard Microsoft Forms where you can't populate questions from an external source.
