i hope someone can help me with this. I currently have Forms for Excel set up in my OneDrive account. within the Excel document, I have formulas that reference the Forms responses for automating some actions. What I can't figure out is why the Form Responses will duplicate a response unexpectedly and endlessly. I've attached a picture of it below.
column J - Q contains mostly IF() formulas.
Form Responses worked fined in rows 2 - 11, but started duplicating itself from row 12.
