We are running a survey for our clients, we wanted to use some advanced features so we used the Pro Trial which is one month. The survey should be closed before the trial ends, however, in case it needs to extended beyond, we were wondering whether the survey remains functional and active for our client users to fill in if it reverts to Forms basic during the administration period. We understand that some advanced features may become unavailable to us, but hopefully the client won't feel the change. We also need to be able to access the response data. Basically, what would be the inpact of Forms Pro reverting to Forms Basic during the survey administration period?
We are not sure if the organization will invest into the Pro licence under the current circumstances.
