Hi guys
If i create a Form, the form looks cool and stuff. But if someone submits the answers its allway me who will get the E-Mail (creator of the form)
I need to create a form, where the visitor chooses the person from a big number of workers wich he has a appointement with and if he submits it, the person wich he has an appointement and our info@ email gets an E-Mail. As an extra, my boss wants me that the files get exported to our sharepoint.
Right now i looked all the possible flows...but couldnt find one wich is suited for me.
help, for gods sake :)
