Using multiply Forms and reporting them to excel but......

So i have several forms that i use together and when creating excel documents from each and combining them aren't an issue, the issue when refreshing to combined excel sheet and updating the submitted data daily isn't possible because Forms doesn't seem to save the submissions on a live basis.  Then the next issue to that when clicking, "open in excel"  opens another new excel sheet and not the the original so now my merged data will not properly update, and now i have an abundance of excel files being created from Forms because it doesn't use or update the original saved file it just creates another excel file......polluting my computer with excel files

@donnyb to get over that problem you could have a flow in Power Automate for each form that saves each submission into the same excel file, so it automatically creates the combined file for you and it's always up to date.
