Using forms for Polls and Interaction - but they stop working in meetings

Hi all,
I use forms during Team Meetings via the Chat App. 
I have noticed something strange. The first few forms with around 50-60 attendees works just fine. The moment this increases to say 80-100 the ability to add a form disappears from the chat function.

 

Is this by design? Are we having to look to Apps such as Sli.do and Polly instead? Or could it be a policy limitation?

 

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this.

I'm engineer from Forms Team. Could you help confirm "the ability to add a form disappears from the chat function." Are you meaning that the Forms icon disappears bellow the message composing box or it fails to send in the pop up dialog? thanks.

Hi, forms have now been completely revamped which is exciting. Haven't had this issue since.
