I have some training classes and inspections that I have used Microsoft Forms to make. I have to use the anonymous because not everyone in my organization is using 365. Is there another app that I can send this Form through that would allow me to check to see who has not filled out the inspection via Forms? I want to compare all that I have sent to all that are received. I send the same Form to 86 individuals, so I have resorted to writing down who I have sent it to and marking them off if I get a response so that I can follow up with the ones that haven't completed the inspection.
