uploading file on form

Do you guys where to find the button for uploading file? I don't see one

What do you mean by uploading a file? I don't believe Forms supports attaching documents to a question, at least not as I see it in the Business tier.

Something like attachment, I don't see it too but I will vote for it if the build one
