Updating survey results SPO List with form variables

We have a survey that we send out to customers, it includes variables for Development, Plot, and Name which are correctly populated on the form.  When the form is submitted we use Microsoft Flow (sorry - Power Automate) to write the responses to a SPO list, but the three variables do not appear in the form fields options so we cannot add them to the row.

How can we add the three variables to the form answers so ALL the info is in the SPO list?
