Tracking Quiz results in Excel automatically

Copper Contributor

Hi there,

Im trying to create a Microsoft forms based quiz that will send results to an excel document in real time for tracking purposes. I know its possible to create a form that will do this from Onedrive, but it only gives the option to do so with a form, not a quiz. This means I can track responses but not assign a score or see individual correct and incorrect responses.

Try as I might I cant find any way to automatically track quiz results. Only to manually download excel documents that show the results and dont upd

Microsoft Forms is introducing a new version of live data synchronization with Excel, which may support your specific scenarios. For more information, please visit the Microsoft 365 roadmap site at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=374909.

@DingkunXie   Do you know how I can access the preview? ideally we want to incorporate this function into our work soon and it looks like the feature is launching in July.

I am not sure the preview. if you create my own form, you can browse the quiz realtime result online.
You can contact your IT department to send a support ticket to Microsoft Forms with your business needs, the product team will assist you with your ask.
