Hi,
I would like to generate a survey and send it out to 200+ employees.
Is there an easy way to track who has already completed the survey and who needs a reminder to do so? I know I can do that i.e. in Excel, but am I missing a build in feature in Forms?

@stefanz you can do this with a combination of Forms, a flow in Power Automate and a single SharePoint list. I answered almost exactly the same question at https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-forms/manage-form-invitations-and-responses/m-p/109... so have a look at that and see if it helps.
