Text area loses formatting when response is sent via emails or power automate

Hello! I've been building a tech support ticketing system for our company and I've run into a snag. I have a text area for the user to enter a description of the issue they are having. Unfortunately, whenever I send the responses in an email or have the process create a devOps ticket through Power Automate, all formatting is lost. This loss of formatting makes the description difficult to read. 


Here's what it looks like when the user goes to enter info in the form:



And here's how it shows up in devOps as a ticket. Emails look the same. All white space is removed. Is there any way to fix this?
