A question in the form has just two options: "Accept" and "Don't Accept". These are radio button options, and only one can be selected. There are no other options.
When viewing the pie chart results, all "Accept" responses have been shifted into "Other", even though there is no option labeled "Other". This is the only place there is a problem. Viewing the actual text responses, and export to Excel show proper "Accept" responses. So it's a pie chart issue. Any suggestions? Thanks!
