When an Approval is created using the 'Create an Approval' action, after sending the 'Teams Adaptive Card' in a Teams message from the body of this action, clicking any of the responses crashes the Teams App. Video of the issue is attached.
@E-mena I still haven't got the fix to this. Can someone help us? We can't access whole group chat because of the adaptive card that I made. We can't access it in IOS phones.
