Teams Adaptive Card Crashing teams app on iphone

When an Approval is created using the 'Create an Approval' action, after sending the 'Teams Adaptive Card' in a Teams message from the body of this action, clicking any of the responses crashes the Teams App. Video of the issue is attached.
