I have a form that was created through SharePoint using Forms for Excel. It's been collecting responses for a little over a year now and been doing quite well until recently.
I logged into Forms recently and it says under the Responses tab, "An error occurred in your Excel workbook. To get a complete set of the most updated responses, sync the data to a new workbook."
Trouble is, when I click the button to "Sync data to a new workbook," it spins for a long time (I let it go for at least an hour). If I refresh the page, it seems to interrupt the process. Am I not waiting long enough, or is something really messed up to the point where I have to re-create the form?
