Hi, I have created a survey in Microsoft Forms. Depending on how the respondent answers, I want them to receive a score for each answer (ie I would like it to be automatically calculated based on formulas). They will not able to see the final score until they have submitted the form and I want them to receive their score via email. Can this be done with Forms and, if so, what would be the best way to do this?
