Survey recipients can't scroll down to view all of survey.

I'm having an issue where a survey created in Forms won't scroll down to view all the questions.  The last viewable question is cut off even. I'm using the link for recipients to respond with.  I can edit it just fine.  

I've tried it in Chrome and IE and both won't scroll down or even show the scroll bar even though I know there is more to the survey.  I tried it on a mobile device with the same result.

Any idea what could be the issue?

There is an open string here where there is an issue scrolling down with Forms.

As the string notes Microsoft are working on it and seems to be occurring across mobile and browsers. Has been going on since the end of last week.

Would recommend tagging onto that string and keeping up to date.

@Prototoad  It is working now but you need to delete cache in your mobile.
