Hi. I send out a link every month for stat submission. This month, at least one user has submitted data on the form but it is not showing up. This is not the case with all other users. I even tested the link myself and it worked, but she says she's using it and submitting data but it's not showing up. I have the settings so that anyone who gets the link can use it. She is also in my organization so even if the setting were restricted only to those inside the organization, she should still be able to submit. Could there be a setting issue on this one users end when she's entered the data?
