Sub answers

I am trying to set up a question whereby the answers are:

If yes, 8 options

If no, 8 options.

Is there a way of doing this please?

e.g.

Did you attend the event? Yes/No

If yes, why?

List of options

If no, why?

List of options

@TorSeren yes, it's called branching. Create your questions, then from the 3 dots at the bottom right of the first question select Add branching. You then select the question the user goes to depending on how they answered the first question. You also branch from each of the You Answered Yes or You Answered No questions to the end of the form. If they said yes to the first question they won't ever see the You Answered No question/options and vice versa.
