Hi

Today I started recieving an "Something went wrong" error when visiting my forms. I don't get an 631 error, but error code 1003. Is there something I can do on my end to fix this?

Kind regards

Hi Simon, is this issue still there? It seems a transient issue from our log, if this issue still exists on your side, can you help to provide the formid so I can help to identify the root cause. Thanks

Hi

This is no longer an issue. It was resolved yesterday around noon (GMT+1). Everything seems to work fine now.

Thx

Simon

Hi,

I have the same issue when I want to share the results. It happens only with one Forms that I own.

Can you please help how it can be resolved or what's the cause?

Thanks,

Anna

We already fixed the share results issue last Friday, can you try again?

Works now, thanks :)

This is not working for me. No error code on web page just generic 'Something went wrong'.

From trace data I see:

{"error":{"code":"601","message":"Failed to get all forms. Inner Message: AADSTS50001: Resource 'https://lists.office.com' is disabled.\r\nTrace ID: b0642984-41c9-47bc-a0d3-4304c6661600\r\nCorrelation ID: eba1c56d-0bd0-4594-ba37-50027b334880\r\nTimestamp: 2018-06-13 12:52:49Z"}}

Hi Brian,

From the log, it seems a dependent service (CollabDBService) was disabled in your tenant, so Forms cannot be used. To resolve this, please ask your Admin to follow following steps:

  1. Login to azure portal (https://portal.azure.com).
  2. Click "Azure active directory".
  3. Click "Enterprise Applications", input "CollabDBService"
  4. Click “CollabDBService” that is displayed in the result list.
  5. Click "Properties" under “MANAGE”.
  6. Set the option Enabled for users to sign-in to Yes. Then Save.

After that, you should be able to use Forms.

Hi

That was exactly the problem. Thanks. Working now :)

Would like to share that i just experience similar issue right now and the technical details has this session ID #; b660861e-e5c2-4363-a009-e385221eabd9. Anyone can help?Microsoft Forms - Error.jpg

Hi JACQUELINE,

Could you check with your tenant admin if they enabled the Microsoft Forms for you? It seems you don't have the license.

Same exact problem here. I have an employee that setup a quiz in Forms, sent me the link (set to

“Only people in my organization can respond”) and when I try to open the link I get the same error as above. Admin and checked the tenant per the suggestion above. It was already turned on, but it was turned off, saved, back on, saved. No change, still get the same error. Everyone involved has appropriate licensing.

Hi James, can you try to use a InPrivate browser to open this link?

Seems I have a similar issue as well. I can access Forms sometimes, but the majority attempting to access Forms results in "Sorry, something went wrong".

Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

We have the same problem now. Our users can't acces the form.

Forms are Completely Down.

The issue should be mitigated. If you still see the error, can you paste the session id here?

Still happening.

Just want to check, did you try the sign-out and sign-in? will that help on this issue? We are working on diagnose the root cause, before that, please help to try if this will help to unblock you to use Forms. Thanks
