Something went wrong - Forms - Permissions?

Copper Contributor
Hi All,

Sent out an office 365 form as normal but none of our users can access it, getting an error message saying ‘something went wrong’ and that they don’t have permission to access the form, despite being logged in with their 365 credentials and attempting to access from an AAD Joined device.

I see this has been a previous issue but I’ve never had a problem till now.

Is this a known current issue as there’s no advisory or service interruption notice on the admin portal health section for this?

A speedy response and solution would be amazing!

Cheers,
Nicholas

I have an issue where I create a form, share the design URL with internal users to create/edit tests, quizes,. etc,. they can access them initially. After that they get: "Sorry, Something went wrong Please make sure you have permission to access this form" is there additional permission that needs to be granted in order for my peers to be able to edit my forms?

@Yao Ke I am having the same issue  with a form I created, but in one of my teams.

@Yao Ke I am having the same issue with a form my school team created, and I am the only one who cannot access it.

Please respond to this otherwise I will fail my final.

@Jiashu99 I figured it out. Under "Share to collaborate"  from the drop-down, chose "Specific people in my organization can view and edit" add  everyone you want to edit the form.

@Margaret65 Thanks so much for your reply! All solved now! Cheers mate!!!

@Yao Ke @Yihua Cao (MODC) @Zhongzhong Li What is the best way to have this issue resolved? A direct message? Very disappointing to see the duration of this issue across multiple years.

Sorry for the delay, all the root cause are not same even the message is similar. So we need to analyze case by case. If you seeing this issue with the form in your tenant, please work with your admin to open a support ticket for the issue, we have dedicate support team on this.
Can you supply the link to where I need to generate a support ticket along with the selections needed so that it ends up with the correct support team.
