This never used to be an issue but recently (last couple months) anyone can open a form and change the format. By changing format I mean they can change the question description, delete drop-down options, rename etc. ONLY the owner of the form which should be the owner of the group should be able to make these formatting changes yet there is nothing anymore on the format to stop this.
Every couple of weeks someone goes to fill it in and instead of filling in the form, they change it completely and I have to go change it back. There isn't even a form version history that I can easily restore it.
How do I fix this? Clearly I can't be the only person that doesn't want every user to change the form each time they open it.
