Scoring multiple answers in forms

Hi Microsoft,

I would like to send out a form with 45 questions which can be answered with Yes (3 points), In doubt (2 points) or No (1) point. I do not see this option, o. How can i set this up? Reg Nienke

@Nienke_vdH you don't see the option because it's not available in Forms. Depending on what you want to do with the answers you could create a flow in Power Automate to look at each answer and assign the appropriate value to it and then upload that to a SharePoint list or Excel spreadsheet.
