Is there a way to respond back to someone who has submitted a response?

@louisebaronqe there is nothing in Forms that enables you to respond to a response. If you want an automated response sent then you can do this by building a flow in Power Automate. We do this at my company where an IT ticket is submitted via a form, the flow saves that to a SharePoint list and sends an email back to the submitter automatically with the details of what they submitted in the form together with a reference number and some other information.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your quick reply. I didn't think it was possible but just wanted to check I hadn't missed anything that was obvious and staring right at me in the face.

We have something similar to what you have described set up in another department but we were wanting something more personalised and less generic.

Back to the drawing board...
