Resize statement boxes on Likert question

Good Morning,

I have never used a Likert type question before and despite Googling I am having problems resizing the statement boxes, words like 'Communication' don't fit on one line,

Is there a simple way to resize these so the text fits in there properly?

@pigsinblankets unfortunately it's not possible to increase the width of likert columns.
