Remove respondents name from file attachment

I created a form for staff to upload files to get approval and when they submit the form the file gets their name attached to the end of the file. Is there a way to have it not do this?

Hi @cmcdonel and @LostInTech,
you can skip the name if you don't track the names of the respondents. Then, you gain "anonymous" in the file name. Not the perfect solution, but until now I didn't found another way.

@Pusty94 the only other way to do this is with a flow in Power Automate to rename the file.

Hi @RobElliott, sure this is the case when you need to use the option "Anyone can respond". Maybe I should have added that I use the "Only people in my organization can respond" option. Sorry for that.
