Remove respondents name from file attachment

I created a form for staff to upload files to get approval and when they submit the form the file gets their name attached to the end of the file. Is there a way to have it not do this?

I was hoping someone would of answered your Q as i too am trying to get ride of the submitters name :) @cmcdonel
