I would like to streamline a form I have created and would like to remove the "next" button.
Is it possible to do this? If so, how? I cannot find where to add or remove it.
I have set up a series of sections/pages so that the selection of an option on a previous page goes to the relevant section based on that selection.
Thanks.

@saira-b no, you can't remove that Next button nor change its behaviour. To go to a section and the questions in it you need to use branching.
In this example, depending on the country chosen the user sees the relevant section with the questions in it for that section:
You select branching from the 3 dots at the bottom right of the question then select Add branching:
You then select the section to branch to:

@saira-b that's not possible, Microsoft have built it that way and you can't jump straight from the selection to the next section without clicking the Next button.
