I sent a survey out to our organization with two ranking questions. A small subset of people have had issues with the ranking question not working properly. Some users report that the question reverts back to the original order after they rank and move on to the next question. They are also unable to use the arrows to rank and must drag and drop to rank. Any ideas why this would occur?
