Je souhaite envoyer un questionnaire Form à des personnes hors de mon organisation et obtenir des réponses non anonymisées.

@Christophe1580 the only way you can do this is to ask them for their email address. If the responder is outside your organization then Forms has no way of knowing who they are so you have to add questions to get this information.
